“The Pamela Smart Story” (NBC, Sept. 24) carried the student-teacher relationship a bit too far. It’s definitely not “After School Special” material. Though I give Pamela Smart an E for Evil, I give Helen Hunt, the actress who portrayed her, an A for effort, as she gave a convincing performance in a difficult role.
