COLLEGE VOLLEYBALL : Stanford Ends UCLA Streaks

Top-ranked Stanford defeated third-ranked UCLA, 15-11, 14-16, 15-10, 15-9, in a Pacific 10 Conference women’s volleyball match Saturday night before a crowd of 2,500 at the Wooden Center.
The loss ended UCLA’s 62-match Pac-10 winning streak and the Bruins’ 51-match home winning streak.
Kristin Klein had 21 kills for Stanford, which improved its record to 17-0 overall and 9-0 in the Pac-10. UCLA is 15-3 and 8-1.
