COMMUNITY HELPERS: Korean grocers in Orange County this week formed their own association--more than 120 members so far--in an attempt to get better retail pricing. But they have other goals: A main one is to raise money for neighborhood drug education centers. . . . “We are so easily victims of crime from drug users,” says Ken Lee, president of the new group, which includes liquor stores, delis and meat markets.
