‘Wars’ on ABC: “Civil Wars,” a new hourlong series from Steven Bochco, will make its debut Nov. 20 on ABC as part of a Wednesday night program shuffle. The series, starring Mariel Hemingway and Peter Onorati as Manhattan lawyers who specialize in divorce cases and domestic conflicts, will air at 10 p.m. “Anything but Love,” currently in that spot, changes to 9:30 p.m., replacing “Sibs” which is temporarily off the schedule. ABC said “Sibs” will return early next year. “Civil Wars” is Bochco’s third series for ABC under terms of a 10-series deal. He also makes “Doogie Howser, M.D.,” but flopped last season with “Cop Rock,” in which Onorati was one of the players.
