Frankly, My Dear: Meanwhile, a big majority of Los Angeles television viewers did give a darn about KTLA’s screening of “Gone With the Wind,” which was on at the same time Monday night. The local channel did well in two separate local overnight ratings services, beating all competition in the Arbitron ratings and finishing second to CBS’ lineup in the Nielsen ratings. “GWTW” was shown over two nights, concluding Tuesday.
