Feuding owners Victor Kiam and Fran Murray of the New England Patriots’ were sued by Westminster Bank USA for failure to pay a loan of $13.5 million.
The suit isn’t viewed as a major impediment to an agreement between majority owner Kiam and Murray that they will delay resolution of their dispute until after the NFL season.
