First baseman Glenn Davis, who played in only 49 games because of a neck injury, re-signed with the Baltimore Orioles for $6.665 million over two years. The deal came late Monday night in the final hours of the period during which free agents could bargain only with their former clubs.

Davis, 30, batted .227 with 10 home runs and 28 runs batted in, all personal lows.
