Win or lose, former Ku Klux Klan chieftain and Louisiana gubernatorial candidate David Duke will be news on the Sunday talk shows.
But for a break from the politics, there’s entertainment industry salesmanship, art and perhaps the world’s quintessential master at combining the two, Michael Jackson.
Tonight at 5:30 p.m., the Disney Channel gives a lesson in conglomerate synergy with “The Making of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.” David Ogden Stiers, whose voice is heard in the film, hosts this behind-the-scenes look at Disney’s latest animated effort.
“Artes de Mexico,” Sunday at 5 p.m. on Channel 2, focuses on the ongoing celebration of Latino heritage with an overview of the Mexican-themed plays, concerts, poetry readings and art exhibits on display in the Southland through the end of the year.
And Fox spruces up its prime-time lineup Sunday at 7:30 p.m. with Michael Jackson and “Dangerous.” This half-hour special chronicles the video career of the pop superstar and includes a repeat of his latest--and now edited--effort to the tune of his new single, “Black or White.”
