Caltrans Work to Close Off-Ramp in Castaic
The Lake Hughes Road off-ramp of the northbound Golden State Freeway in Castaic will be closed to traffic this week because of construction work.
California Department of Transportation workers will block the exit at 6 a.m. Monday. It will remain closed to traffic until 2 p.m. Friday, Caltrans spokeswoman Margie Tiritilli said.
Signs have been posted suggesting that motorists use the Parker Road off-ramp during the five-day closure, Tiritilli said. The construction work will make improvements along Lake Hughes Road and on the off-ramp.
