Gas Prices Rise: The average price of self-serve regular unleaded gasoline increased 1.4 cents this week to $1.143 per gallon, the American Automobile Assn. said. The price of regular leaded rose 1.9 cents to $1.114 per gallon and premium 1.8 cents to $1.320.
