MOUTHFUL: The honor was surely well-deserved, but even the recipients giggled at the sound of . . . “The Eli Home Inc. Points of Light Week.” The Anaheim Hills program for abused and neglected children was named the 338th of President Bush’s 1,000 “points of light” for “successfully addressing our most pressing social problems.” . . . Orange County now boasts four such winners.
