Norwalk : Reward Increased to $15,000 in Japanese Center Break-In

The reward has been increased to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of vandals who broke into the Southeast Japanese Community Center in Norwalk and sprayed racial epithets on the walls. The Norwalk City Council has put up a $10,000 reward, which was added to a $5,000 reward offered by the center. Sheriff’s officials said they have no suspects in the Nov. 7 incident.
