Add Jagd: The move to Colorado will force Kim Jagd to log some frequent flyer miles. She said she plans to continue participating on the Women’s Pro Beach Volleyball Assn. tour next summer. Although the majority of the beach players and tournaments are in California, Jagd said she will fly to as many tournaments as she can.
“It would be important to stay in California if I was one of the top two or three players,” said Jagd, a 1987 graduate of UCLA. “But that’s not my goal right now.”
Jagd finished 38th on the tour last season.
