These Trojan Fans Not Ready to Give Up

The winning tradition at USC goes back to 1888. It wasn’t made in one year and it certainly won’t be lost in one bad year. True Trojans support their team regardless of the record. They do not whine and cry like other nearby fans often do.

Larry Smith was coach of the year in 1987 and ’88 and went to three Rose Bowls in a row. So why now after a bad year do people think he is a bad coach? He is our coach and, win or lose, deserves the support of all Trojan fans. Now is the time to cheer, as well as next year when we are 12-0.
