Share

A 22-member citizens advisory panel has been formed to help the City Council revamp the city’s General Plan for land use and other city policies.

The General Plan is undergoing its first comprehensive update in more than a decade. The city has hired a consultant to review the plan and recommend changes. The consultant’s report is due within 18 months.

The City Council formed the advisory panel to solicit comments from residents on potential changes to the plan.

The panel is scheduled to begin meeting next month and is expected to meet 25 times during the next year and a half.
