* 1/2 “Cool Hand Loc,” Tone-Loc, Delicious Vinyl. No “Wild Things” or “Funky Cold Medinas” this time around for rapper Tone-Loc. On his second album, there’s nothing even remotely close to the quality of those two singles. The bass-heavy beats are danceable but undistinctive, and most of the lyrics are just plain silly. Unless you want to hear this egomaniac recount his amorous adventures in his irritatingly rumbling voice, skip this one.
