I read your “MASH” cover story (TV Times, Nov. 24) with interest, albeit tinged with surprise and disappointment. I say this because I was never contacted for the article despite having been with “MASH” for all 11 years and producing its last six seasons.

While I gratefully acknowledge the enormous legacy of Larry Gelbart and Gene Reynolds (they left after years four and five, respectively), they would be the first to acknowledge my efforts in keeping the show going for so long after their departures.
