Auto Racing Project: Two county companies and two other California firms have formed a new company to work on an international auto racing project in which about 30 teams will drive from Moscow to Washington next summer.

The company, Global Racing Events Inc., is made up of Fullerton trading companies Internet and its affiliate American Ecosystems Inc.; SBS Inc., a San Francisco-based rock concert promoter; and AT-Trade Inc., a Beverly Hills trading firm.

The race, intended to promote international cultural understanding, will start in Moscow and in three other Western European capitals in late August. The teams will meet in Washington in November, organizers said. A small part of the money raised through sponsors of the race will be given to government agencies in the former Soviet Union, they said.
