Thank You

I was in the Girl Scout bus accident in Palm Springs, and I would like to say thank you. There are so many people who did things for me, whose names I don’t know, but who I appreciate so much. Those people sent cards, gifts and flowers, gave blood, visited me in the hospital, prayed for me and much more. It’s great to know that people care. I would also like to say thank you to the rescue workers who not only took care of my physical injuries, but who calmed me when I was hysterical. To them I owe my life.

Finally, I would like to say thanks to Sonny and Mary Bono. They visited the hospital, made arrangements for the families of those of us who were injured, and let us know that if we needed anything, all we had to do was let them know. It made a difficult time a little easier.
