‘Teech’ Star in Accident: Phill Lewis, star of the short-lived CBS sitcom “Teech,” was involved in a head-on car crash in Potomac, Md., that killed a Washington woman. Lewis, 23, of West Hollywood, was driving in the Washington suburb Saturday when his car allegedly crossed the center line and struck a car driven by Isabelle Durarte, 21. Police said that alcohol contributed to the accident, which is under investigation. Lewis also has a role in the movie “City Slickers.”
