Welterweight Ramon Campos of Tijuana will fight Julian Samaha, also of Tijuana, in a 10-round main event on Jan. 18 at the Country Club in Reseda. Campos is 40-0 with 37 knockouts. Samaha is 21-5-1.
Also on the card is featherweight Hector Lopez (20-1) of Glendale, who will fight in a scheduled eight-rounder. His opponent has not been named. Lopez, a 1984 Olympic silver medalist for Mexico, will be fighting for the second time since serving two years of a prison sentence for kidnaping and assault.
Also scheduled to fight is middleweight Joey DeGrandis of Sherman Oaks.
