Protests Continue: More than 100 blacks protested peacefully with banners and placards Wednesday in Port Elizabeth outside American musician Paul Simon’s third concert in South Africa. It was the second demonstration at a Simon show. Leading black groups have welcomed Simon’s tour but smaller, militant groups say a cultural boycott should continue until South Africa has a black government. The protesters dispersed after two hours without incident. Most of the estimated 20,000 people in the stadium were white.
