RV WARS: The Fullerton City Council last summer backed off plans to force residents to keep their RVs out of their front yards and driveways, an eyesore to complaining neighbors. But at its meeting tonight, the city will vote on a compromise: a ban on RV parking out front, but with a grandfather clause for owners who already have them there. . . . Councilman Chris Norby still isn’t happy. “What this does is gradually eliminate RVs from the city,” he says.
