An attorney for George Steinbrenner said the New York Yankee owner has agreed to drop one of two lawsuits against Commissioner Fay Vincent.
Vincent has said this lawsuit and another involving New York Yankee executive Leonard Kleinman must be dropped before he will consider allowing Steinbrenner to retake control of the Yankees.
