Jews in the United States

As an African-American, I was enlightened about Jewish history and culture. However, there was one point of concern to me. The article attacked City University of New York Prof. Leonard Jeffries Jr. as a racist and an anti-Semite, because of his comments regarding Jewish denigration of blacks in Hollywood. It is common knowledge that many early Jewish producers and their modern counterparts have created stereotypical images of African-Americans. For Jeffries to complain of this is no more bigoted than Jewish complaints about Aryans and Nazis who stereotyped Jews.
