Caltrans Work Sites Scheduled

Caltrans advises motorists that it has scheduled the following freeway work in the Southeast and Long Beach areas this week. Repair locations are spotted on the map by number and are identified in the list below by the nearest city or cities.

HARBOR FREEWAY (110)

1. Los Angeles: Northbound and southbound No. 1 lanes from Imperial Highway to Manchester Boulevard; 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday; guardrail repair.

LONG BEACH FREEWAY (710)

2. Commerce: Southbound No. 5 lane from Triggs Street to one-fourth mile north of Washington Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday; guardrail repair.

3. South Gate: Northbound and southbound No. 1 lanes from Firestone Boulevard to the Los Angeles River crossing; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday; guardrail repair.

POMONA FREEWAY (60)

4. East Los Angeles: Eastbound on-ramp from Indiana Avenue; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday; landscaping.

5. Industry: Eastbound connector to the southbound San Gabriel River Freeway (605), plus the Peck Road on-ramp to the eastbound Pomona Freeway; 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. today; sign repair.

6. Industry: Westbound No. 5 lane from 7th Avenue to Crossroads Parkway, plus the 7th Avenue on-ramp; 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; guardrail repair.

SAN GABRIEL RIVER FREEWAY (605)

7. Cerritos: Southbound No. 1 lane from Alondra Boulevard to the Artesia Freeway (91); 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday; crack seal repair.

8. Norwalk: Southbound No. 1 lane from Firestone Boulevard to Imperial Highway; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday; crack seal repair.

9. Norwalk: Southbound No. 1 lane from Imperial Highway to Alondra Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday; crack seal repair.

SANTA ANA FREEWAY (5)

10. East Los Angeles: Southbound No. 5 lane from Ditman Avenue to the southbound Long Beach Freeway (710) interchange, plus the Ditman Avenue on-ramp and the Olympic Boulevard off-ramp; 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday; landscaping.
