Calling All Kids: Four new series will make their debuts this fall on CBS’ Saturday children’s schedule, the network announced Wednesday. The newcomers: Steven Spielberg’s “Fievel’s American Tails,” “Disney’s the Little Mermaid, “Disney’s Raw Toonage” and “The Amazing Live Sea Monkeys,” a live-action creation from Howie Mandel and the Chiodo Brothers, featuring a trio of fish-faced characters. Returning will be “Back to the Future,” “Mother Goose and Grimm,” “Garfield and Friends” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.” Not invited back: “The Muppet Babies,” “Where’s Waldo” and “Riders in the Sky.”
