ANTELOPE VALLEY : 3 Former Athletes Charged in Sex Case
Three former Antelope Valley College football players were arraigned Wednesday in Antelope Superior Court on one count each of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.
A pretrial conference was scheduled for June 2.
David Brown, 20; Bradley Cole Jr., 21, and Gene Washington, 23, all of Lancaster, each have been charged in the incident involving a 14-year-old girl at a party at a Lancaster apartment Oct. 5.
The charge faced by Brown, Cole and Washington is a felony with a maximum sentence of three years in a state prison.
