SAN DIEGO : Would-Be Reveler Arrested in Killing

A Mission Beach man was shot to death when he refused to admit a man to his party early Sunday evening, police spokesman Bill Robinson said.
Vinchenso Frontera, 26, died en route to the hospital after he was wounded in the chest at close range by a single gunshot.
Police arrested Daniel G. Jester, 30, of Pacific Beach on suspicion of murder.
According to witnesses, Jester was refused entry to the party at a home in the 700 block of Nantasket Court at about 5 p.m. He left the premises but allegedly returned to shoot Frontera.
