Scholarships Awarded to 6 Arcadia Seniors

The Arcadia High School Alumni Assn. has awarded scholarships to six graduating seniors for outstanding service and contribution to the school and community.

The $1,500 scholarship was awarded to Rachel Thompson, who will major in psychology at Colorado State University.

Scholarships worth $1,000 each were awarded to Traci-Dawn Betancourt, who will attend UC Santa Cruz; Nor Chiao, Johns Hopkins University; Anindita Duta, Pomona College; Eun Kang, Wellesley College, and Marc Shafer, Northwestern University or West Point.
