May Bride: TV actress Stepfanie Kramer, who played a detective on the police action series “Hunter,” has become the bride of financial consultant Mark Richards. Her publicist says the wedding took place Saturday at St. Mary’s Church in Aspen, Colo. The newlyweds are honeymooning in Europe.
