German sprinter Katrin Krabbe’s four-year suspension for manipulating a drug test will be sent to arbitration for a final ruling that would come before June 30, International Amateur Athletic Federation President Primo Nebiolo said in Toronto. Krabbe, the 100- and 200-meter world champion, was banned for four years by the German Athletics Federation in February.
