Robert Pressley, gambling that he would have have enough fuel to finish, took the lead halfway through the NASCAR GM Goodwrench 200 grand national stock car race in Dover, Del., and led an Oldsmobile sweep of the top three places.
Pressley, who averaged 89.463 m.p.h. in a race slowed by 10 caution flags for 59 of the 200 laps, scored a one-second victory over Jeff Burton. Terry Labonte finished third.
