Share

Two men who dragged a 17-year-old girl from a sidewalk into a car near Dana Hills High School on Tuesday evening are being sought by police for suspicion of kidnaping and attempted rape.

Sheriff’s Lt. Richard J. Olson said the girl was walking on Street of the Golden Lantern near Cheltam Way about 7:30 p.m. when two men pulled up next to her and began yelling in Spanish.

One of the men jumped out of the car and pulled the teen-ager inside, then drove to Doheny State Beach and parked. When the men began pulling on her clothes, she fought back, kicking and punching her assailants.
