Warren Spink’s header with 5:28 to play lifted Australia to a 1-0 victory over the U.S. national soccer team before 17,309 in Orlando, Fla. Spink, a five-year veteran of Australia’s senior league, headed a pass from reserve Mickey Petersen over the head of backup goalie Mark Dodd.
