Bill Clinton faces a young adult audience on the “MTV Presidential Forum” tonight at 10, forum moderator and MTV news correspondent Tabitha Soren will be joined by a co-moderator, CNN’s anchor Catherine Crier. Clinton will answer questions from an audience of about 200 18- to 24-year-olds.
