From Times Staff and Wire Reports

A 350-acre wildfire in Los Padres National Forest was contained Tuesday afternoon after helicopters bombarded the flames, fire officials said.

The blaze in a rugged, remote area six miles north of Santa Barbara was surrounded at 3 p.m., and control was expected by 6 a.m. today, said Kathy Good, spokeswoman for the U. S. Forest Service.

About 300 firefighters fought the blaze, which did not threaten any structures, she said.

Four firefighters were hurt, but the injuries were described as minor--a dislocated shoulder and minor cuts.
