IN BRIEF : HIV/AIDS Medical Clinic for Women

A women’s clinic providing HIV/AIDS care is operating at the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Community Services Center’s HIV Healthcare Center in West Hollywood Park.
The clinic also provides complete gynecological services, including mammography, Pap smears, colposcopy, and other treatments of HIV-related cervical disorders, under the supervision of Dr. Karen Sandler and Dr. Sadhna K. Khalsa.
The HIV Healthcare Center offers case management, outreach, counseling, advocacy, and a variety of support groups including Women with HIV, Spanish-language support groups, and HIV-positive Alcoholic Anonymous meetings.
