Hammer Crew Shot: Three members of rap star Hammer’s tour crew were wounded in a drive-by shooting at a park in Albuquerque, N.M., police said Tuesday. It was not immediately clear whether Hammer was at Roosevelt Park when the shooting occurred shortly before 11 p.m. Monday. The crew earlier had played a charity softball game with Albuquerque firefighters and were having a barbecue when a vehicle pulled up and six to eight shots rang out. Brian Snead, 28, of Oakland, was shot in the face, and Delaney McGill, 29, of New York City, was wounded in the neck and ear. They were treated at a hospital and released. Art Grimes, 29, of San Jose, was treated at the scene for a graze wound on his leg. Hammer had performed Sunday night in Albuquerque. Last month, one worker for a band touring with Hammer, Boyz II Men, was killed and another injured in a shooting at a Chicago hotel where the entourage stayed.
