ENCINITAS : Man Hit, Killed Running Across I-5
A 33-year-old San Diego man was struck by two vehicles and killed as he ran across Interstate 5 toward the center divider, the California Highway Patrol said Monday.
Paul W. Ryan tried to cross southbound traffic lanes about a mile north of Manchester Avenue at 9:30 p.m. Saturday. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the CHP said.
