HOW TO DO IT BUDGET: Plan to shop around. The gold spandex jeans are $42, from the Frederick’s of Hollywood catalogue. Call (800) 323-9525. The bra top by Van Buren is $90 at Pole on Melrose. But it’s undecorated. To get the glitz, plan to spend another $15 or so on sew-it-yourself sequin and bead appliques from Berger Specialty Co. in Los Angeles. The gloves are $18 at Playmates in Hollywood.
