* Irv Sepkowitz; 30-Year Veteran of TV, Studio Business Affairs

Irv Sepkowitz, 55, a former Los Angeles city prosecutor who rose to prominence as an executive with CBS, Lorimar and Universal Television. The Wichita Falls, Tex., native was a 30-year veteran of network television and studio business affairs, said Robert Crutchfield, a spokesman for Universal Television. Sepkowitz was named executive vice president of administration for Universal Television in March, 1990. Before that, he was senior vice president of business affairs at Lorimar and Lorimar-Telepictures from 1978 to 1987. He also was director of business affairs at CBS Entertainment and an attorney and literary agent at Ashley Famous Agency, which became International Creative Management. Sepkowitz earned his law degree from UCLA and began his law career in 1964 as a deputy city attorney for Los Angeles. In Burbank on Saturday of a heart attack.
