New Winter Coat: Plans are under way to launch an American tour of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” in Los Angeles next February, produced by composer Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Company. A spokesman for Lloyd Webber said negotiations are continuing for the star and the venue, although the Pantages Theatre is the likeliest site and the star won’t be Donny Osmond, who has launched another official revival of the show in Canada.
