LOS ANGELES : Judge Throws Out Some of Mudd Mistress’s Claims
A judge Friday threw out a woman’s claims that her late multimillionaire lover had defrauded and intentionally inflicted emotional distress on her, but the judge left two breach of contract allegations intact.

Mudd, who died of leukemia in 1990 at age 77, kept seven mistresses during his later years. Though he wed one of them months before he died, the multimillionaire continued his extramarital relationships.
