The Doctor Is . . . Moving: “Night Talk With Dr. David Viscott” will have its last late-night appearance--and celebrate its second anniversary--Oct. 24 on KNBC-TV, then reappear the following Monday for a trial run in the daytime, 9-10:30 a.m. on the same station. The live daytime show will be called “Talk With David Viscott.” Viscott, a TV and radio psychologist, also is developing four CDs designed to help people understand their feelings. KNBC will move an HBO comedy showcase and a movie package into Viscott’s current late-night spot at 1 a.m. Sunday.
