The Orange County coroner’s office is asking for help in identifying a man who apparently jumped to his death from the roof of the Inn at the Park hotel in Anaheim on Oct. 14.

The victim is described as Caucasian, about 35 years old with a fair complexion. He was 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighed about 205 pounds, had blue eyes and short, thinning brown hair, Sheriff’s Lt. Dick Olson said.

At the time of his death, the man was wearing cutoff jeans, black leather sports shoes, and a tan T-shirt with the word Arizona and a picture of a cactus. He also had an ear stud in the shape of a cross on his left ear lobe.

Coroner’s investigators have determined that the man came to Orange County on a Greyhound bus from Los Angeles on Oct. 13. Investigators also believe that he may have been in Las Vegas before leaving for Los Angeles, Olson said.

Anyone with possible information on the identity of the man is asked to contact Senior Coroner’s Deputy Joseph Luckey at (714) 647-7412.
