Brethren Christian Rolls Past Ontario Christian

Brethren Christian remained unbeaten in the Olympic League with a 27-14 victory over Ontario Christian Friday night.

“I thought the kids played a great game tonight,” Brethren Christian Coach Mike Roark said. “I think we’re not getting the respect from the teams in the league right now and the kids know it.”

Reggie Davis completed 10 of 20 passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns for Brethren Christian. He also ran for one touchdown. The Warriors are 5-2, 2-0; the Knights are 3-3-1, 0-2.

The first of Davis’ scores came in the first quarter, when he hooked up with Darin Dobler for a two-yard touchdown.

In the second quarter, Davis completed a screen pass to Scott Thomas, who broke a tackle and went 18 yards for a touchdown.
