The Times has made the quintessential case for expanding the Board of Supervisors: The board room was designed for more than five members. Wow, what an argument! If you believe that Los Angeles County needs more division instead of unity in these trying times, vote “yes” on Proposition C. If you believe our county can benefit from a tyrannical czar with more power than the governors of several states, vote “yes” on B.
