Clippers Cut Neal, Rahilly

The Clippers made their final cuts Tuesday, waiving Sebastian Neal and Brian Rahilly to get down to the 12-man roster for opening night.
Neal averaged four points and 2.7 rebounds in 8.7 minutes of three of the Clippers’ seven exhibition games. Rahilly was at 1.3 points and two rebounds in three appearances. He sat out the last three games because of a sore left knee.
