Jarvis Baker ran three yards for a touchdown on the second play of the fourth quarter Saturday, giving Air Force a 7-3 victory over Army for its fourth consecutive Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy and a berth in the Liberty Bowl.

The Falcons (7-3), who defeated Navy, 18-16, a month ago, have won four in a row over Army. The Cadets (3-5) have scored only nine points against the Falcons since a 28-15 victory in 1988.

With the Falcons facing fourth and one at the Army 40, the Cadets jumped offside, giving the Falcons a first down. Fullback Joe Parisi, who carried 21 times for 118 yards, then ran 32 yards to the three and Baker scored on the next play.

Army, which entered the game second in the nation in rushing with a 290-yard average, had only 123 yards against the Falcons.
